Shamanic Healer and Author Meg Beeler helps you heal soul, balance your energy, and empower your spirit path.
Meg draws on Earth-centered, nature-based, ancient shamanic and animist wisdom ways in mentoring, healing, and ceremony. She is the creator of Energy AlchemyTM, founder of Earth Caretakers, and author of Weave the Heart of the Universe into Your Life: Aligning with Cosmic Energy and coauthor of Where the World Begins. What personal data we collect and why we collect it: Your data related to my email list.
When you sign up for my email list, this website uses a third-party service called Mailchimp to collect your name and your email address. Mailchimp stores this data and I use it to send messages to you as promised when you signed up for my list. I will never rent or lend my mailing list (and, thus, your data) to anyone. You can withdraw consent by unsubscribing from my email list at any time—click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Mailchimp message sent by me to you.
Your data related to my services:
When you schedule an appointment or purchase a book, this website uses third-party service Acuity for scheduling (Acuity’s privacy policy) and Stripe and PayPal to process your payment transaction (Stripe’s privacy policy; PayPal’s privacy policy). I never see or directly collect any of your credit card information. I do receive your contact information, which I use to communicate with you. I add you to my email list only when you check the appropriate box.
All sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. All transactions are processed through the gateway providers above. In other words, all credit card information is processed securely and we have no direct access to it.
When you participate in my services, I may collect personal information via email in the form of intake questionnaires to help me provide the best service. For example, I ask all new clients to complete an intake questionnaire where they reflect on their life and goals. Personal data shared in questionnaires are held in confidence. Questionnaires are not handled by this website. They are shared between us by email. If you prefer, you may share questionnaire reflections via regular mail instead of email. All information is totally confidential.
Contact forms:
My contact form collects your name and email along with your message. This information is conveyed to me via email. None of this information is saved on the website. You are only added to my email list when you click the box. I do not share this information with anyone else.
Cookies:
This website and the third-party services named above all use cookies. Cookies are tiny bits of code stored on a user’s computer and are standard practice for most websites. The cookies used by this website provide analytics on website traffic — site visitors’ IP addresses, geographic location, browser version, referring websites, and popular content. I use this information to have a general understanding of my customers so I can ensure this website delivers an optimal experience.

How we protect your data:
None of your personally identifiable data is on our website. It is transactional and maintained by our third-party data processors (email, PayPal, Stripe, Acuity, Mailchimp). Any information shared with me via email or in person is stored in a physically secure location.
We do not ever sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
What data breach procedures we have in place:
My website is hosted by Squarespace (Squarespace’s security policy) link They maintain appropriate firewalls with their hosting services. We are notified of any data breaches that occur. My own website does not hold any personally identifiable data of customers or clients. The other services (email, PayPal, Stripe, Acuity, Mailchimp) will notify all their customers in the case of a data breach.

No one.

Mentoring & Healing:
If you are not completely satisfied with your investment, you may request a refund on unused personal “coaching” time—including shamanic mentoring and healing. (It is rare, but it does happen that a coach and client may be ill-matched and it is best for both parties to go their separate ways.)
Unfortunately, there are no refunds on completed individual sessions, because once we spend our time with you, we can’t get it back. We cannot guarantee results in a “coaching” relationship because results depends on your openness to being coached and your willingness to do the work.
Upon providing deposit or full program payment you are authorizing Meg Beeler to process your payment. Upon approval of your application, you are responsible for full payment of fees for the program. No refunds will be issued if you are accepted into the program and all installments must be paid on a timely basis.
Finally, a great deal of energy, time, thought and heart goes into preparing for and being present on our calls or sessions together.
If you’re late for your appointment, you lose that time. If you don’t show, you’ll still be charged in full. In turn, we promise to honor our appointments, and be on time as well.
